Steering Wheel Trophy

Here's a Steering Wheel trophy that I made for my friends.  Here are some of the new challenges:

- Multiple parts to get the rich colors, 

- Refined tolerances so PLA parts could snap together and still move,

- Used new shiny and translucent filaments,

- Pin connection between Steering Wheel and Stand
