- Protects my skates in shadow foam
- Blows air to keep skates smelling clean
- Great seat for putting on skates
- 2nd level holds competition and travel gear
My SkateCrate protects my ice skates in shadow foam. Fans dry the skates by pushing & pulling air through bespoke plumbing. It also holds a lock and socks.
But, that's just the first level. That's the level I use on a daily basis.
The second level has storage for monthly competitions. It has space and dividers to quickly find clothing and supplies.
You can see high pressure side of the air system. Air is pulled in the vent (lower right). Then it is split to tube tubes that deliver air to the tips of the skates. The fan on the lid pulls the air out of the case and encourages the air from the tip of the skates to exit.
This rugged case comes with a handle and wheels for easy rolling each day.
When closed and laying on the side, it's the perfect seat for putting on skates.
